HOLT Fla., June 7, 2017–The Milton and Pace areas received upwards of 10 inches of rain during the overnight hours according to the National Weather Service in Mobile.

The area can expect an additional one to two more inches of rain on an already saturated ground before this weather pattern pushes through.

Periods of heavy rains will continue over Florida’s western panhandle through midday today possibly leading to more flooding, according to the NWS Mobile.
