The 2017 Holt Fire District Labor Day rib sale is history.
The rib team smoked 300 racks Friday and Saturday and served them up hot as rib enthusiasts stopped by.
Holt Fire District has three rib sales a year. The next rib sale will be Super Bowl weekend, Feb. 1-2, 2018.
