Timathy Michael Matthews, 32, fraud-insufficient funds, Dec. 10. Matthews was arrested in September for failure to appear, violation of parole and theft. He was also arrested in October 2017 for false identification and driving with a revoked license.
Barry Eugene Copeland, 59, driving with a suspended license/habitual offender, Dec. 14. Copeland was arrested in July for domestic assault with intent to commit a felony and first-degree arson with people inside the dwelling.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
