Herman Hicks, 45, out of county warrant, March 6. Hicks was arrested in February for driving with a suspended license, failure to register a vehicle and probation violation for drugs. He was also arrested in November 2017 for a traffic violation and drugs in Santa Rosa County.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
