Curtis Lee Simmons; 28; simple assault, resisting arrest, parole violation for drugs and battery; June 18
Michael Scott Merritt; 30; violation of conditional pre-trial release for violent domestic violence, domestic battery; June 19. Merritt was arrested in May for violation of pre-trial conditional release for domestic violence and domestic battery and in April for domestic battery.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
