CRESTVIEW, Fla., June 22, 2023—A Holt man was arrested for indecent exposure and other charges in Crestview Wednesday.

George Allen Davis, 63, was arrested on two counts of indecent exposure and one count each of possession of a new legend drug without a prescription, failure to register a vehicle and no license plate.
Under state and federal law, a “new legend drug” is a drug that is not yet approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Legend drugs are commonly called “prescription drugs.”
Crestview resident Gary Lee Hunter, 56, was also arrested for indecent exposure.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding men engaged in sexual activity in public at the Ray Lynn Barnes boat ramp, a county park located at the Shoal River bridge east of Crestview.

A responding deputy observed the two men engaged in a sex act while they were in full view of people, including children, at the park.
Davis initially left the scene, but was stopped nearby.
Both men have been released on bond after being booked in the Okaloosa County Jail.
