Payne was arrested in 2019 for driving with a suspended license, drugs, petty theft and resisting arrest. She was arrested in 2018 for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, resisting arrest, drugs, smuggling contraband into a facility, vehicle theft and driving with a suspended license. In 2017, she was arrested for failure to appear, driving with a suspended license, drugs, probation violation and counterfeiting.
