HOLT, Fla., June 29, 2023—An ATV accident took the life of a Holt resident yesterday.
The single-vehicle accident that happened around 6 p.m. killed a 23-year-old man on Sundance Way, according to a Florida Highway Patrol release. The name of the individual was not released.
FHP is investigating the fatal crash that occurred on private property.
This is the second vehicle-related fatality in Holt in eight days.

it does not surprise me. I live on corner of Sundance Way. We have guys on ATV’s racing around my area all the time. For years I call SD and they do nothing. They do not live in our area they just ride their ATV’s on our roads and terrorize residents and tear our private roads up. Nothing is ever done. We have Meth users, drug dealers who use ATV’s on our roads to deal drugs. SD knows this but nothing is done.
