Grice was arrested in 2023 for fleeing to elude, driving with a suspended license and drugs in Crestview. In 2021, arrested for drugs and an out-of-county warrant for Bay County. He had multiple arrests in 2020, 2019 and 2017 for driving with a suspended/revoked license as well as probation violations for the above offense in 2019, 2018 and 2017, including in January 2021. He was arrested in 2020 and July 2017 for withholding child/spouse support. Grice was also arrested on drug charges in 2021, 2019, 2018 and 2017.

Westbrook was arrested in March for drugs, failure to register a vehicle and no insurance.
