Salter was arrested for battery, kidnapping/false imprisonment of an adult, resisting arrest, tampering with evidence in 2019. He was also arrested for petty larceny, resisting arrest, failure to appear and domestic battery in 2018.
Wendy Jean Williams
37, drugs, July 7
Williams was arrested in 2020 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill in Okaloosa County and for drugs in Santa Rosa County. She was also arrested for failure to appear in 2018 and drugs in 2017.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
