Jespersen was arrested in Okaloosa County Aug. 9 and released Aug. 14 for an out-of-county warrant in Santa Rosa. He was arrested in April for drugs; in 2019 for fleeing to elude, driving with a suspended license, grand theft auto and probation violation; and in 2018, for driving with a suspended license, burglary, property damage and grand theft.

McQueen was arrested in 2021 for drugs and resisting arrest.
