Here’s a quick tour around the Holt and Baker area to help get into the Christmas spirit.
Starting at the First Baptist Church of Holt, turn left (south) on Main Street to Circle Avenue. The house at the intersection of Main and Circle, 532 Circle, is a great way to start the tour.

From Circle Avenue, turn right (north) on Johnson Street or Log Lake Road to Hwy 90. Then head west (left) on Hwy 90 to Cooper Lane. Turn left and take a gander at the houses along the south side of Cooper: 4226, 4288 and 4330 are standouts.

Back at Hwy 90, turn east (right), back toward Holt. Turn left on Main Street. The house at 4040 has a dazzling display in the front yard and in the side yard facing 3rd Avenue.
Turn right on 3rd Avenue and head east. The lights at 577 are particularly festive. Turn right (south) on Summertime Drive toward Hwy 90 and check out the yard full of lights at 4696 Summertime.
At Hwy 90, turn left (east) toward Galliver Cut Off. Exiting “downtown” Holt, you’ll see an amazing Christmas display at the rodeo arena at Oliver’s Landscaping and Nursery. This is a new impressive holiday light display this year.
Turn on Galliver Cut Off, then go left on Blackberry Circle. Take a spin around the circle to check out the lights in the Countrywood Estates subdivision.
Back at Galliver, turn left toward Baker. On the right, across from Arnett Septic, is 1167 Nobie Lane where there are about 8 acres or so filled with lighted Christmas trees. The owners have a lighted path that takes you around the property.
Back at Galliver, head right toward Baker. At Hwy 4, turn right (south) toward Milligan until you reach the Mill Creek Farms subdivision. Turn left onto Mill Creek Drive. There are a couple of houses toward the entrance of the subdivision with lights, but after the first roundabout is where the majority of the decorated homes are located.
After cruising Mill Creek, turn south (left) on Hwy 4 and continue to the Mossy Oaks Plantation subdivision. Turn left on Dottie Street, then take an immediate left again. Lena Street has a long line of house decorations. At the end of the road, take the circle and enjoy the lights a second time. (Lena continues to the right, but only one or two houses on that long stretch of road are decorated.)
If you’re still looking for more lights, head toward Crestview and turn on Old Bethel Road. There’s a number of decorated houses along the road, but the “blue” house at 5903 is an annual standout. New this year is the house at 6070 Old Bethel at Bethel Ridge Circle just before the Phil-dirt entrance.
