CRESTVIEW, Fla., Sept. 27, 2024—Three people were arrested following the execution of a narcotics search warrant on Lee Avenue in Crestview yesterday.

During the execution of the search warrant by members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, investigators located fentanyl, methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia.

Arrested were:

• Ashley Barbara Anne Woody, 33, from Holt, charged with resisting the execution of a search warrant
• Lonnie Ray Ward, 58, from Crestview, charged with trafficking in fentanyl and possession of drug equipment
• Kenneth Nelson, 37, from Crestview, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department, Fort Walton Beach Police Department and Niceville Police Department.
