PENSACOLA, Fla., Oct. 28, 2024—The U.S. Thunderbirds will join up with the U.S. Navy Blue Angles in a special joint flyover Wednesday.

Flying what is known as a “super delta,” the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels will join up and fly together in a large delta formation across the Pensacola area.

The event, scheduled for 11:30 a.m., can be seen as far west as Perdido Key through Johnson, Pensacola and Oriole beaches, and downtown Pensacola. Time is subject to change.

The last time the two demonstration teams flew together was in March 2023. They debuted the super delta during the 2021 National Memorial Day parade.
