HOLT, Fla., Dec. 9, 2024—Holt Fire District will be giving Santa a hand again this year as he makes the rounds through Holt. The two-day run gives Santa a chance to become familiar with the area so he can plan his route Christmas Eve.

Like last year, Santa may have a guest riding the fire engine with him.

The first trip is scheduled to begin at noon Dec. 15 and will cover most of the town west and north of Holt with a planned stop at Holt Assembly of God church where he can meet boys and girls (and adults) and so they can have their picture taken with Old Saint Nick.

After the stop, the trip will continue east on U.S. Highway 90 to Galliver Cut Off to cover areas north of the railroad tracks.

Then, on Dec. 21, Santa will make another trip around the area to visit with people south and east of Hwy 90. He’ll make a stop at the First Baptist Church of Holt to meet children and for photos.
