
HOLT, Fla., Dec. 20, 2024—A Holt man was arrested here today on multiple warrants.

Members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, along with members of the Florida Highway Patrol Criminal Interdiction Unit, arrested Richard Earl Larkins Jr., 36, at 893 Hiawatha St.
Larkins had active warrants for the following:
- multiple counts of driving with a suspended license
- reckless driving
- resisting arrest
- possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
- multiple counts of fleeing and eluding
- trafficking methamphetamine
- marijuana possession
- possession of drug equipment
Larkins was arrested in 2019 for reckless driving, fleeing and eluding, no driver’s license, domestic aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, firing a weapon in public on residential property and withholding child support. He was also wanted in Walton County for failure to appear on a weapons charge and for failure to appear.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department and Niceville Police Department.
