Demers was arrested in March for probation violation. He was arrested in 2024 for driving with a suspended license, withholding child/spouse support and weapon possession; in 2022 for petty theft; and in 2021 for grand theft auto.

Jespersen was arrested in 2024 for fleeing to elude. He was also arrested in Okaloosa County in 2023 for drugs and an out-of-county warrant for Santa Rosa County for possession of a concealed handcuff key while in custody and driving with a suspended/revoked license.
