HOLT, Fla., Sept. 14, 2025—Holt Water Works Inc. will hold its annual meeting Monday at 6 p.m. at the Holt Water office.

All water customers are invited to attend.

Three board members will be up for reelection during the meeting. All water customers are members of Holt Water Works and any member in good standing may nominate board members and vote in the elections.

Following the business portion of the meeting, there will be a raffle for three $25 water bill credits toward next month’s bill for those members who signed up at the door. Winners must be present to win.

The regular monthly board meeting will commence after the annual meeting concludes.

Board of Directors

Holt Water Works Inc. has a seven-person board of directors who each serve three-year terms. Board seats are rotated so not all director seats are vacated at the same time.

Board members are elected by a vote of those attending the annual meeting.

Those board members who have completed their three-year term can be reelected and serve another term if nominated by a board member or someone in attendance.

This year, Mark Christiansen, Boe Miller and Thelma Ryan will be up for reelection.

There are no term limits to serving as a member of Holt Water’s board of directors.
