Richburg was arrested in 2024 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. She was arrested in 2023 for resisting arrest, improper use of a firearm and battery and in 2022 in Walton County for domestic battery and in Okaloosa County for aggravated assault, burglary, petty theft and domestic battery.
