Ferrell was arrested in September for fleeing to elude in Okaloosa County and injunction violation for domestic violence in Santa Rosa County. As a Navarre resident, Ferrell was arrested numerous times in 2023 to 2024 on charges of domestic violence, contempt of court, attempting to defraud a urine drug test and failure to appear.
