Heglund was arrested in 2025 for contempt of court and probation violation; in 2024 for contempt of court, drugs, probation violation and battery; and in 2023 for drugs, battery on a first responder, resisting arrest with violence, failure to appear, trespassing and driving with a suspended license.

Camarda was arrested in September for weapon possession; in 2024 for drugs, weapon possession by a convicted felon, petty theft, fentanyl and methamphetamine trafficking, probation violation and on an order revoking bond for loiter/prowling in Destin; and in 2023 for loitering, petty theft and drugs.
