HOLT, Fla, March 14, 2017—The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a freeze watch for this area for tonight and into tomorrow.

A cold air mass has settled over the area causing temperatures to drop to near freezing in the Florida panhandle tonight.

For now, temperatures are forecast to drop lower Wednesday night, possibly dipping down to or below 32 degrees by Thursday morning.

Areas north of U.S. Highway 84 in Alabama can expect subfreezing temperatures into Wednesday night.
