HOLT, Fla., April 3, 2017—Heavy rains pushed through the Holt area today bringing with it more than an inch-and-a-half of rain, gusty winds and some lightning.

The tornado watch associated with this system expired at 1 p.m without incident.

However, the National Weather Service in Mobile is forecasting a slight risk of severe storms developing again late Tuesday night.

Wednesday’s chance for severe weather with possible damaging winds, hail and isolated tornadoes increases as another storm system developes across the south.
