HOLT, Fla., April 12, 2017—The City of Milton Parks and Recreation Department kicks off its spring concert series April 14 along the banks of the Blackwater River.

The Bands on the Blackwater concert series features a different area band each Friday during the spring and summer.

Held on South Willing Street along the downtown Milton Riverwalk on the Blackwater River, the free shows begin at 7 p.m.

Local Pensacola band, The Astronauts, kick off the music bash with rocking tunes from the 1980s and ’90 MTV era.

The concert series continues through June.
