HOLT, Fla., May 13, 2017–Two Holt residents were arrested here May 12 by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.

Allen Russell Mobley, 31, of Holt was arrested for battery, a third degree felony.

Rachel Diane Powell, 33, also from Holt, was arrested for drug possession, marijuana possession and possession and or use of drug equipment. The drug possession of a controlled substance is a third degree felony.  The other charges are misdemeanors of varying degrees.
