HOLT, Fla., June 10, 2017–Two Holt residents were arrested June 7 for unrelated crimes.

Carrie Amanda Richburg, 30, was arrested on battery charges. This is a first-degree misdemeanor offense.

 

 

 

Kindall F. Soulvie, 23, male, was arrested for theft, a third-degree felony.
