HOLT, Fla., Nov. 19, 2017—Low temperatures near freezing are expected tonight in the Holt area according to the National Weather Service in Mobile.
Areas to the north in Alabama are under a freeze warning.
A wind advisory is in effect until mid-morning today for coastal areas with frequent winds gusts 30-to-39 mph.
Settling winds and clear skies tonight will allow temperatures to drop to well below seasonal levels, according to NWS Mobile. Temperatures generally in the mid-30s are expected.
Monday will be dry with light winds. Despite the cold start to the day, Monday temperatures should rebound into the low 60s.
Monday evening into Tuesday will be another chilly night with lows dipping into the upper 30s to low 40s here.
Light rain showers are possible across the southeastern portion of the area by Tuesday evening with lows Tuesday night expected to only dip into the upper 40s and low 50s.
