HOLT, Fla., March 18, 2018–The National Weather Service in Mobile is forecasting the chance for possibly severe thunderstorms Sunday into Monday.
The NWS’s Storm Prediction Center has outlined a slight risk of severe storms along a line roughly north of a Lucedale and Bay Minette, Ala., to Crestview.
Developing storms could become severe with damaging winds being the primary threat and the possibility of an isolated tornado.
Storms will continue into the late evening hours before decreasing in coverage and intensity overnight.

On Monday, another round of showers and storms is expected.
Clouds remain Tuesday, but rain-free weather is expected mid to late week with high pressure moving east over the area, then a small chance of showers and storms by Saturday.
