HOLT, Fla., June 20, 2018–Wednesday will be another hot day according to the National Weather Service in Mobile.
Daytime highs for today will be around 93 degrees with the heat index again reaching 102 degrees in this area.
A ridge of high pressure aloft over the region will allow for high temperatures to warm into the lower-to-mid 90s inland.
Humid conditions will result in maximum heat index readings between 100-to-103 degrees. Destin’s heat index could reach 105 degrees.
There’s a 20 percent chance of an isolated showers Wednesday, 30 percent Thursday.
Tonight will have partly cloudy skies, light winds and an overnight temperature of 74 degrees.
