HOLT, Fla., Oct. 30, 2020—A number of road projects next week could snarl traffic around the area.

The resurfacing project along State Road 189 from the traffic light in Baker to the Alabama state line continues.

Beginning Tuesday, traffic will be reduced to one lane at the intersection of County Road 2 until Thursday as crews install a drainage pipe.

Along Interstate 10, the shoulders will be closed on the Yellow Bridge on Interstate 10 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.

Intermittent lane closures are also scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

In Crestview, the southbound inside lane of SR 85 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and again Nov. 9 through Nov. 12 as crews construct a southbound left-turn lane and minor drainage improvements.

Finally, on Ferdon Boulevard, there will be intermittent lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Thursday as crews perform pavement coring operations to remove samples from the roadway for testing.
