Creech was arrested in September for contempt of court injunction violation for domestic violence protection and drugs, in August for probation violation for domestic battery and in July for failure to register as a sex offender. He was arrested in 2020 for domestic battery, in 2017 for failure to register as a sex offender and in 2016 for probation violation for lewd/lascivious battery on a 12-15 year old girl.
