Nagel was arrested in 2018 for resisting arrest, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation. He was also arrested in 2017 for driving with a suspended license, failure to register a motor vehicle or have insurance and domestic battery.

Long was arrested in January for probation violation. He was arrested in 2020 for grand theft, resisting arrest, drugs, driving with a suspended license, contempt of court and failure to appear. In 2019, Long was arrested for fraud/driving with a fictitious license and driving with a suspended license, and in 2017 for drugs, fraud/giving a false name to law enforcement and was a fugitive from justice in Alabama.
