47, out-of-county warrant, in Santa Rosa County, Aug. 16

Charles Lee Bell

55, drugs, in Crestview, Aug. 19

Bell was arrested in July for failure to appear for a suspended license.

Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
