Cornish was arrested in November 2022 for probation violation with an additional charge of trespassing added in December 2022. A second additional charge of arson was added Jan. 3. Another additional charge of grand theft auto was added Jan. 30. Cornish was arrested in 2022 for resisting arrest, probation violation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, drugs, trespassing, carrying a concealed weapon, grand theft auto and failure to appear. In 2021, she was arrested for domestic battery, aggravated assault, carrying a concealed (unlicensed) weapon, use/display of a weapon during a felony and use of a firearm under the influence of alcohol.

Seffens was arrested in 2020 for failure to appear for a misdemeanor offense and probation violation.
