HOLT, Fla., May 3, 2023—Holt Fire District is hosting a portrait fundraiser July 15 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Between now and then, Gary Watts from G&G Associates will be making the rounds in Holt to offer a portrait certificate for those wishing to participate in the fundraiser.

For a $40 donation, families will receive a 10”-by-13” color portrait. The portrait can be of the entire family or an individual. Pets can also be included in the family portrait.

The portrait certificate is transferrable, so it can be given to a family member, a friend or as a gift.

All portraits will be taken July 15 at the fire station. Picture pickup will be a week or two later at the station; people will be notified in advance of the pick-up date.

Portrait packages will also be offered at an additional charge. Veterans and first responders of immediate family members can receive a 20 percent discount off the package price.

Proceeds from the fundraiser go toward purchase of needed firefighting equipment.
