CRESTVIEW, Fla., April 29, 2026—The long-awaited Southwest Crestview Bypass will open Friday at noon.

Motorists will be able to access the bypass from Antioch Road on the west, State Road 85 on the east and U.S. Highway 90 from the north.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. Friday at the north end of the bridge on Enzor Road near the Hwy 90 intersection. The public is welcome to attend.

Multiple funding sources for this project include voter-approved infrastructure surtax.

Okaloosa County release
