Okaloosa County Public Schools will be closed tomorrow and Friday. Monday is a regularly scheduled teacher workday. Classes resume on Tuesday.

Baker School

• Baker football game against Port St. Joe is cancelled.
• Baker Elementary Curriculum Night is cancelled
• Baker’s Gator Fun Run has been rescheduled to Oct. 14
• Bakers Middle School Formal has been cancelled.

Holt Academy

• No VPK tomorrow or Friday.
• Holt Academy will be open Thursday for all other classes.

Library

• The Crestview Library will be closed Friday and Saturday.
• Do not return items during this time.

Holt area businesses

• Oliver’s Nursery and Feed Store will close at noon tomorrow and will be closed Saturday.
• Baker Feed and Country Store plans to be open Friday and Saturday depending on weather.
• Baker Farmer’s Market will be closed Saturday.
• Brown’s Grocery will be open.
• Holt Water Works will be open tomorrow

Okaloosa County

• County office will close tomorrow at the end of the work day.
• Offices will be closed Friday.
• If conditions deteriorate sooner, office may close after midday tomorrow.

Airports

All area airports will close all operations tomorrow at 9 p.m. until further notice. No aircraft operations will be permitted past 9 p.m. The airport terminals or airport properties will not be available as shelter areas.

Gulf Island National Seashore closures

• Fort Pickens area will close tomorrow at noon. The campground must be evacuated by 4 p.m. today.
• Okaloosa Area and Crab Island areas are closed for day use beginning tomorrow at noon.
