Crestview man faces child porn charges

SHALIMAR, Fla., Jan. 25, 2018–The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has levied multiple charges against a man who was using a fake social media account to try to solicit a minor.

James Allen Foster, 27, of Crestview is charged with two counts of transmitting information harmful to minors, using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony, three counts of using a computer to solicit/lure a child and two counts of possession of child pornography as well as cyberstalking.

Investigators say Foster, posing as a person named “Justin Fory,” sent photos of his genitalia to the juvenile online through Facebook and had her send similar photos of herself back to him.

The victim says he also tried to solicit her to engage in a threesome with him and another male.

Foster was arrested Jan. 23.
