Joshua Oneal Dempsey; 32; from Milton; second-offense battery, unarmed burglary with person inside, being held for Escambia County on grand theft burglary and petty theft, June 27

Cody Dean Brown, 20, probation violation for drugs, June 29.  Brown was arrested April 21 for failure to appear for drugs. He was charged with drug-related offenses in February 2019 and November 2018 in Santa Rosa County.

Fantasy Star Rudisel, 22, probation violation for drugs, July 2. Rudisel was arrested in March for an out-of-county warrant and in February 2018 for petty larceny, fraud and counterfeiting.

Larry Leonard Blackwell, 68, drugs, July 5
