Donald Wayne Jespersen; 32; moving traffic violation with a suspended license and fleeing to elude police, July 14; probation violation for burglary and grand theft July 24. Jespersen was arrested in February for probation violation and grand theft auto in Baker and for driving with a suspended license and criminal mischief in Crestview in May 2018.

John Dylan Fleming, 25, sentenced for driving without a license, July 15. Fleming was arrested in February for probation violation for improper vehicle registration and drugs.

Scott Steven Graham, 55, battery, July 15

Dennis Ray Gibson, 42, probation violation for felony battery, July 19. Gibson was arrested in June 2018 for probation violation for felony battery.

Fantasy Star Rudisel, 22, out of county warrant for violation of parole in Walton County for fraud, in Crestview, July 19. Rudisel was arrested July 2 for probation violation. She was also arrested in March for an out-of-county warrant and in February 2018 for petty larceny, fraud and counterfeiting.

Timothy Wayne Simmons, 44, sex predator violation in Santa Rosa County–failed to give name change or location information, July 22. Simmons was arrested for battery in Crestview in April. He was also arrested in March 2018 for violation of parole for lewd and lascivious behavior and battery.

Hannah Skye Turner; 24; from Baker; grand larceny theft of a firearm, dealing in stolen property, felony probation violation for drugs; July 22

Scott Alan Bardwell; 52; From Tuscaloosa, Ala.; drugs; July 24

Robert Earl Anthony Triplett, 40, drugs, July 26. Triplett was arrested in June 2018 for contempt of court for violating a domestic violence protection injunction and probation violation for trespassing, and in May 2018 for contempt of court for domestic violence, in Crestview.

Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
