CRESTVIEW, Fla., Sept. 9, 2019—The Crestview Police Department is looking for leads in two shooting incidents that happened last week.
Crestview police responded to an incident Saturday at 5 p.m. regarding someone shooting in the Edney Avenue and Lincoln Street area.
When officers arrived, there were several casings found in the roadway.
An area resident said a window was broken by a round.
A second incident occurred just after 2 a.m. the following morning near the intersection of Spring Street and Beach Avenue.
Again, a resident near the intersection said a single round hit the home.
An investigation is ongoing.
The Crestview Police Department is seeking the assistance from the public in identifying any parties who may be involved in these incidents.
These two incidents come on the heels of another shooting Sept. 4 around 4:45 p.m.
Crestview police responded to the intersection of Booker Street and Walnut Avenue after receiving multiple 911 calls with reports of someone shooting at a vehicle in the area.
Officers arriving on the scene determined two people had been shot, but suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital by friends.
