EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla., Sept. 30, 2019–Eglin Air Force Base announced a road closure for State Roads 85 and 285 this week.

The 96th Test Wing is scheduled to move a target across the Eglin AFB range complex from the western ranges to the eastern ranges Oct 1 and 2.

This requires a brief closure of State Roads 85 and 285.

The mission is scheduled to take place Oct. 1– 2. The road will be closed at some point between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday.
