Jordan Evan Martinez, 21, being held for Northwest Florida Reception Center, Dec. 16. Martinez was arrested for probation violation for felony battery in September. He was also arrested for probation violation for battery in April and for aggravated battery and drugs in June 2018.

Patrick Jack Taylor, 49, felony violation of condition release, in Santa Rosa County, Dec. 17
Jessica Rae Payne; 33; driving with a suspended license, failure to appear for driving with a suspended license, drugs; Dec. 18. Payne was arrested for driving with a suspended license and theft in Destin this month. She was also arrested in Fort Walton Beach in November for petty theft, resisting arrest, drugs and driving with a suspended license.
Tiana Therese Carhart, 19, failure to appear for drugs, Dec. 19
Anthony Taylor Grindstaff, 32, contempt of court for battery, Dec. 19. He was arrested earlier this month for violating conditional release of pre-trial release for domestic violence.
Hannah Skye Turner, 24, probation violation, in Santa Rosa County, Dec. 19. Turner was arrested for grand larceny theft of a firearm, dealing in stolen property and felony probation violation for drugs in July.
Brianna Marie Joyce Kimmons; 21; drugs, destroying evidence, smuggling contraband into a detention facility; Dec. 20
Obie Keith Stanley, 34, withholding support for children or spouse, Dec. 20. Stanley was arrested in Baker in July for driving with a suspended license.
