Carrie Amanda Richburg, 23, domestic battery, July 31. Richburg was arrested in 2017 for domestic battery by strangulation and fraud.
Scott Anthony Sigler, 30, contempt of court, Aug. 5. Sigler was arrested in July for battery, kidnapping, obstructing justice and probation violation. He was arrested in February for battery and probation violation for drugs.
Amber Lynn Ammons, 29, from Defuniak Springs, drugs, Aug. 7
Jessica Ann Brand; 35; contempt of court, credit card fraud, trespassing; Aug. 7. Brand was arrested in June for credit card fraud and trespassing. She moved to the Holt area earlier this year from Niceville.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
