Carr was arrested for drugs in Santa Rosa County in June. He was also arrested in Santa Rosa County in 2018 for felony probation.
Dusty Courtney Mobley
38; drugs, failure to appear for concealed firearm by a felon, reckless driving, using the wrong license plate; Aug. 18.
Mobley’s concealed weapons arrest was in July. He was also arrested in September 2019 for drugs.
Andrew Charles Scoles
33, domestic battery, Aug. 18
Scoles was arrested in January for drugs, parole violation for drugs, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, among other charges.
Timothy Brian Kimmons
40; from Milton; petty theft, burglary; Aug. 20
Elizabeth Asia Griffin
30, failure to appear for suspended license and drugs, Aug. 21.
Griffin was arrested in July for drugs and in February for grand theft auto.
Tiffany Alicia Nolan
36, aggravated battery, in Santa Rosa County, Aug. 22
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
