HOLT, Fla., Sept. 9, 2020—Three individuals were arrested here Sunday evening for aggravated assault, resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance on Cooper Lane Sept. 6 regarding someone making threats with a weapon around 8:30 p.m.

Arrested as part of the disturbance investigation were Fort Walton Beach teenager, Dylan Wade Livingston, 17, on one count of third-degree felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and Holt resident Timothy Wade Livingston, 41, on one count of resisting arrest without violence.
When the OCSO deputy arrived, the victim said Dylan Livingston, her stepson, threatened to shoot her with a shotgun if she didn’t leave the residence.
According to a witness present with the victim at the time of the incident, the teen threatened to shoot both of them if they went back inside. As they left, the witness said she heard the sound of a gun cocking, according to the arrest report.
A male witness who arrived to pick up the victim told the deputy he saw Dylan in front of the house with a shotgun in his hands. Other witnesses said they saw Dylan sitting in a chair in front of the stairs yelling at the victim. One witness identified the weapon as a pellet gun.
As the deputy attempted to conduct his investigation into the incident, he had to detain Dylan’s father, Timothy Livingston, who became irate and uncooperative, and tried to pull away from the deputy, according to Livingston’s arrest report.
Upon questioning by OCSO, Dylan said he owned a pellet gun, but claimed he didn’t have it in his hands at the time of the disturbance, that it had been by the door for several days. When questioned further, he said the rifle was in his room.
The incident ended with the arrest of the two, as well as Baker School student Timothy Dawson Livingston, 16, who was arrested on an out-of-county warrant from Escambia County for lewd/lascivious behavior with a minor.
It wasn’t clear from the reports what his relationship was with the other two individuals who were arrested.
