HOLT, Fla., Nov. 5, 2020—A Holt teen struck and killed a Crestview man in Fort Walton Beach yesterday.

A 19-year-old teen was driving an SUV north on Lewis Turner Boulevard yesterday morning when he encountered the 34-year-old Crestview man standing/walking in the outside northbound lane, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.

The driver was unable to stop his vehicle in time to avoid hitting the man. It’s unsure if the man died on the scene or afterwards.

The two other teen passengers in his vehicle, also from Holt, were unhurt in the accident.
