HOLT, Fla., May 6, 2021—A crash on Interstate 10 early this morning snarled traffic due to debris on the highway.
An accident between a liquor truck and a van caused the truck to overturn in the eastbound lanes of I-10 at mile maker 50 about 4:30 a.m.

The van ended up in the wooded area.
No one was seriously injured in the accident, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
Both eastbound lanes were closed down because debris from the liquor truck was spread over both lanes of the interstate.
The outside blocked lane was reopened by 5:45 a.m.; however, as of 8 a.m., the inside lane was still closed.

Crestview Fire Department, Okaloosa County EMS and the Florida Highway Patrol also responded to the accident.
