Noble was arrested in July for drugs and driving without a license. He was also arrested in 2019 and 2018 for driving without a license, and for drugs and failure to appear for driving without a license in 2018.
Hannah Skye Turner
26, grand theft auto, in Santa Rosa County, Nov. 21
Turner was arrested in June for probation violation in Santa Rosa County and for drugs in October in Okaloosa County. She was also arrested in 2019 for probation violation in Santa Rosa County and for grand larceny theft of a firearm, dealing in stolen property and felony probation violation for drugs in Okaloosa County.
