CRESTVIEW, Fla., May 14, 2022—Crestview Police Department had a Friday-the-13th kind of day yesterday.

Day shift had to deal with:

• Traffic accident with an entrapment at Antioch Garrett Pit Road—life flight transported one victim to the hospital
• A vehicle hit Hill Monkey Thai restaurant on Main Street—the driver popped the curb and hit the building
• Another vehicle hit a power pole next to Thrifty
• A car caught on fire at the CVS pharmacy

Crestview Police had to call out all the detective and non-patrol officers to supplement the road patrol due to the high—and strange—call volume.
